Ingredients:
For the stuffing:
- 1 cup - Fresh Green peas
- 1 tsp - Oil
- 1 tsp - Zeera
- 1 - Onion, chopped
- Handful of coriander leaves, chopped
- 2 - Green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp - Lemon juice
- 2 tsp - Gravy of Mirchi(green/Red) pickle
- 3-4 drops - Mustard oil (optional)
- Salt
For dough:
- 2 cup - Wheat flour
- Water to kneed
- Salt to taste
- Ghee
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan and splutter some zeera. Add the green peas and salt and cook till soft
- Chop the cooked peas coarsely. Mix all the ingredients with the peas and keep aside.
- Kneed the flour into a soft dough
- Like any other normal paranthas fill the stuffing and cook on a tawa. Apply some ghee on both the sides and cook till done.
- Serve hot with a dollop of butter on it
