Aloo ka Bhujia

  • 2 - Potatoes, sliced into long pieces(similar to those for french fries)
  • 1 tsp - Zeera
  • 2 nos - Whole dry red chillies
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - Oil or mustard oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Heat some oil in a kadhai and splutter zeera. Add the red chillies and saute.
  • Add the cut potatoes and sprinkle turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  • Add some water and cover it up and cook till the potatoes are done.
  • Now let the potatoes to fry for sometime in the kadhai. Serve hot with rotis or paranthas
